The 2019 CrossFit Open has begun with a simple yet tough test of fitness, all the practice and time spent learning how you move will pay off with this one. Pace yourself well and stay steady, don’t sprint the start, 15 minutes is a long time… Reminder there are no 5pm and 6pm classes today, we will be running the Open workouts in heats.
