2017 CrossFit Games online qualifier workouts have been released
Good luck to Diane as she is onto the next stage of qualifying for the 2017 CrossFit Games. The online qualifier are 4 workouts to be completed by Monday. Take a look at what the teens and masters are being tested with to make it to the big show.

A - Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes
3 Front squats (escalating load)
B - As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes
40 Double under
20 Jumping lunges
