5K run this Saturday!
The weather is scheduled to be warmer and dry this weekend so it's a perfect time to run our quarterly 5K. Check out the map for the track, come on time and test your fitness with this workout. Both our Cardio and CrossFit classes will be running on Saturday 02/03. If you are following the dal-phabet program look up CrossFit Games Triple 3 workout. It is programmed for Saturday, you may want to come early to complete that with the 5k group.
