Asphalt upgrade coming

Construction starting 05/08 in our parking lot - the asphalt around our building will be getting repaved starting Monday 05/08. Phase 1 will take about 5 days, parking and getting to the gym may be affected. 

Workout 05/06/2017

A - Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes

3 Push jerk (escalating load) + 5 box jump (30"/24")

B - As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes

Teams of 2, alternate rounds with your partner

20 Thruster (45#/35#)

7 Burpee

*Go as fast as possible each round, try to complete 1 round per minute
