We are testing a 3 different distances in 3 different mono-structural (repetitive pattern) activities. Scale accordingly with the time caps you should have rest between efforts.
30 minute running clock, 10 minutes per station to complete each of the following for time
- Run 1 mile
- Row 2000 meters
- Assault bike 5000 meters (3.1 miles)
