2nd Annual Battle of the Badges is on Saturday 06/02. We will not have classes that day. Volunteers - I will be seeing out an email with workout info in the next few days, thank you again for helping out.

A - 15 minutes to establish heaviest load of the following 

3 Push press + 2 Split jerk

B - Complete 45/40 reps for time x 2 rounds

:20 second assault bike (calories)
Burpee

rest 2 minutes between rounds
