In preparation for Memorial Day Murph we are testing a bench mark workout “Barbara”, go for an all out effort on each round and earn that rest. Scale accordingly to keep the intensity high on each movement.

“Barbara”

5 rounds for time:

• 20 pull-up

• 30 push-ups

• 40 sit-ups

• 50 squats

Rest 3 minutes between rounds.
