Sam staying consistent with her movement as she worked her way through a high volume of toes toe bar last week. Can you keep your movement consistent from the first to the last rep? Maintaining position and creating the same body shapes is important in gymnastics, when we practice the hollow and arch body position this is so it can translate to other movements we do.
