Good Luck teams!

Good luck to our teams competing this weekend, we will try to post updates from their events. Top - Jamie, Mark, Umesh and Grace will be competing on Sunday in Sacramento at the Caffeine and Kilos event. Bottom Sean and Mary will be competing in Belmont a the Courage games on Saturday. Have fun and we are proud of your effort and hard work just to be ready for these events!

Congrats to Umesh and Ken on completing their 100K bike ride this past weekend. What did you do to test your fitness this weekend? Are you working towards an event? Need help on how to train towards an obstacle course or event? Think about the challenging elements and start to chip away at the skills/endurance needed to accomplish it.

*Moderate load to work on bottom position and speed up

B - FT 50 Bar Facing Burpee

*Sub 8 min, work on rhythm and pacing

2019 is closing out with a bang and the 2nd Open which will setup for the 2020 CrossFit Games. If you have participated in the past you know Friday night lights is coming and its a fun time for everyone. This time around we will be doing things a little different with Intramural style teams with points awarded for participation. We will release more details in the coming days but for now get yourself signed up -
