Anna R. attended our Sunday gymnastics class regularly and ended the 6 week session with a PR of 10 Pull-ups! Congrats to her and everyone else that was able to increase their capacities with consistent and diligent practice. Keep building on the foundation that you learned and continue to see the progress.
