If you have been following the dal-pahbet program we are focusing June to work on handstands. There will be 3 days a week focused around building strength, solid positions and capacity. Start working those skills and drills and lets see what focused and consistent practice can lead to. This is for beginner to advanced working at your ability level.

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

Partner 1:

Single arm farmer carry 100m

Partner 2:

10 R arm thruster

5 pull-ups

10 L arm thruster

5 C2B

*weight same for both movements, must wait for partner to complete station to switch
