One of my favorite workouts scheduled for today, low volume reps in each round with higher skill content. Can you stay consistent and move with purpose on each portion as the total volume/rounds add up?

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

2 Ring Muscle-ups

4 Handstand Push-ups

8 American Kettlebell swings (70#/53#)
