Fun yet scary...
We had a little fun after last Friday's workout with some Yolk carries. Here is Sarah for her first time with the 180# yolk carrying it across the floor! When we have classes that start on time and everyone keep to finishing within time caps we can get a little creative with after workout activities like this. Come in ready to go and you never know what coaches will challenge you with.
