How to watch the CrossFit games?
This year all the coverage is available to everyone, check out the video that breaks down how all the events will be shown. I will be in Madison to Coach Diane during the games so make sure to tune in! I will provide updates and what the experience is like on our Instagram and Facebook page.
A - Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes
5 Deadlift (escalating load and lower load to ground and reset after each rep)
B - Max Burpee + pull-up in 5 minutes (6" above reach) (scale to burpee + jumping pull-up)
