I like to move it, move it
Sarah moving a slam ball with the same efficiency and motor patterns as a barbell. When we incorporate odd objects into workout keep in mind that the principles we practice with a barbell still apply to a dumbbell, slam ball, kettle bell, sand bag or nay other odd object we may use. These odd objects are great to practice with to really challenge movement patterns and stability. Don't be scared of something you haven't used before, rely on the techniques and motor patterns we have practice and have fun.
