It's that time of year again, I'm working on the 5th annual Jigsaw Throwdown details but before I get there I need volunteers to judge and score the event. Last year was a success because of the volunteers pictured above. I can't do it without help, if you are willing to volunteer please email dal@crossfitjigsaw.com details are below

*Date - Saturday October 21st *Time - 7am - 2pm

A - Alternating every minute on the minute for 16 minutes

10 GHD hip extension

:30 Second L-hang

10 Double kettlebell swing (russian 53#/35#)

10 V-up

B - Max reps in 1 minute, rest 1 minute x 5

Deadlift (225#/155#)
