Jigsaw Lite group working hard on their fitness! This is a dedicated and fun loving group, the Jigsaw Lite program was developed to keep our more life experienced members healthy and reclaiming the ability to move. Coach Samantha has been leading this group to achieve new fitness levels they haven't experienced in year. Aging gracefully and not losing functional movements is the goal, if you know of anyone that could use the program have them setup a free class. Keep moving and inspiring us all!!
