Each partner - 30/20 calorie row (partner must hold deadlift load while you row)
Share - 60 Deadlift (185#/125#)
*2 calorie penalty if you drop the bar while your partner is still rowing, each partner must complete the calorie row before starting the deadlifts. 1 partner working at a time.
