Double unders on the menu today!! EJ is showing us a great position on his double unders while in the air. Relaxed grip, arms and shoulders, hollow body position and neutral head position. When going from a single to double under our positions should not change, just jump higher. Consistent mechanics is what will get you knocking multiples out in no time.
