If you haven't guessed from all the running, pull-ups, push-ups and squats we have been doing, we are getting prepped for our annual Memorial day workout "Murph". We will only have a 9am class on Monday 05/28 with Open gym time till 12pm. This is a hero workout is in memory of the men and women who have fallen in the line of duty and specifically for Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy. We had a huge turnout last year and it was great to see everyone complete the workout with modifications, or partner style or as prescribed with a 20#/14# vest. Universally scalable so don't be intimidated by the volume.
