Not everyday is a PR
This was a personal record (PR) for Sindu! But not every day is meant to be a PR on the load that you move. How much do you think about practicing a movement just to perfect the positions? Can you apply that principle to your movements in warmup and workouts? Take some time assess if you are actually improving on your movement versus just trying to put a big number on the board. Practice deosn’t make perfect, practice makes permanent. Be mindful of what a how you are practicing, prefect practice makes perfect.
