2018 CrossFIt open 18.1 will be released on Thursday at 5:30pm, tune in and get signed up. Reminder we will be facilitating the workouts on Friday evenings, no 5pm and 6pm classes on those days for the next 5 weeks.

1 minute at each station for reps
x 3 rounds, rest 1 minute after each round

Dumbbell Power clean (50#/35#)
Slam ball over bar (40#/30#)
Burpee (jump on top of plate)
Alternating 1 arm Kettlebell snatch (70#/53#)
