What's your post workout routine? Jump in the car and sit for 20-30 minutes on the drive home? Stay and mobilize? Hydration? Just a couple minutes each after working on mobility or skill work will pay off in the long run.

A - 15 minutes to find heaviest load of the following complex

1 Snatch + 2 Overhead squat + 2 Hang Snatch

B - Max Burpee in 2 minutes
