Today's workout is the same one Courtney and I had the pleasure of doing while in Morocco for our honeymoon, this is what I looked like post workout. Have fun with this one with the added challenge of not dropping the barbell.

30 Double under
15 Wall ball (20#/14#)
30 Double under

*no dropping the barbell, all reps must be touch and go or barbell lowered to ground
