As many reps as possible in 6 minutes at each station, teams of 2 - alternate as preferred,  rest 2 minutes between stations

Row (calories) & Dumbbell thruster (50#/35#)

Station #3 - 

Assault bike (calorie) & Strict med ball pull-up (20#/14#)
