Here are the holiday party workouts, be on time to warm up and get started. Heat times for teams will be posted up in the gym on Friday. We are doing this gauntlet style, staggering the start and advancing group together.
As many reps as possible in 7 minutes at each station, rest 7 minutes between workouts
Row (calories) + Slam ball over bar bar (40#/30#) *score is combined calories and reps of ball over bar. Switch as needed, partners working at the same time
Assault bike (calories) + Sled drag ~50m *Score is combined calories and # of plates moved. Switch as needed, partners working at the same time
