What's on the horizon?
First there is a local competition on April 22nd, partner style and we have 1 team already registered. If you are interested and looking for a partner get in touch with me ASAP.
Second, for those of you that have been following the dal-phabet programming we will resume starting April 1st. More details to come soon, take this week to recover from the Open and be ready to go by next week. We will begin with testing a 1 rep Snatch and Clean and Jerk this Saturday at 10am - 11am we will test those 2 lifts and have numbers to work off for the program going forward. Even if you haven't been following the program and want to test your lifts come ready to go this Saturday.
A - Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes
12 Back Squat (escalating load)
B - 5 rounds for time (15 min cap)
10 Slam Ball (40#/30#)
