Our class sizes have been growing in the evenings and our goals is to facilitate a workout for anyone that shows up. With that being said be open to sharing equipment, space and/or coaches modifying equipment used. For those of you following dalphabet programing on top of classes make sure to communicate with coaches and make sure there is space available. We have more space in the front and can use the space outside.
