Overhead static holds are good for the soul

7pm class working overhead static holds as a finisher. Practice is what we need to learn and achieve new skills, our warmup and cool down times are important so that we can teach you the progressions to these skills. Be as effective as possible with this time and really work on learning the skill and not just getting through the warmup.
