Spartan Race Nov 23 @ Oracle Park
The 5:30am crew (Led by Ken G.) is signing up for the Spartan Race on November 23rd @ Oracle Park. We are aiming to sign up for the 8:45am or 9am slot. Come join the crew as we take on the challenging obstacle course, its only 3 miles total distance so lets get the training started!
**dalphabet focus for July - Lower body - Jump on board the Dalphabet train this month to grow those legs. We will be focusing on lower body accessory work to build strength in the glutes, hips, hamstrings and quads. Accessory work is great for building muscle and strength, decreased risk of injury in small muscle groups, muscle symmetry, stabilization and increased BB PR’s. Grab a friend and have some fun.
