Laurie with a Pr of jumping on a box!! When she first started she was receiving from a broken foot, running a jumping were things we had to scale around as she recovered. Just over a year later of workouts while she is getting stronger and more confident she is running and now jumping! Congrats Laurie, keep up the consistency and one day you may start to like burpees too....
