For those of our new members we have a free service to help you keep track of your workout results and be better prepared for classes. SugarWod is a free app you download on your phone, create a profile and find CrossFit Jigsaw as your home gym. Class workouts will be preloaded and sent to you at the beginning of the day and you can easily log your results. Get to know your fellow athletes and see your progress!

As many rounds as possible in 4 minutes at each station, rest 2 minutes between stations

2 - 6 Russian kettle bell swing (80#/60#) + 4 Strict Ring Dip

3 - Ski (meters)

4 - 6 Dumbell hang cluster (50#/35#) + 1 rope climb

*Perform 4 burpee every minute starting at 1:00. Must stop at the top of the minute, pick up where you left off.*

Now the buzz of the 2017 Open is over let's get back to thinking about how to accomplish the things that were limiting or difficult in those workouts. Going back to the basics and working on mastering them is a great way to improve your overall abilities. Keep things simple, scale as needed and dose it with the same intensity you were attacking the Open. Start with one thing at a time to work until it becomes an afterthought and then move on to the next. Keep it simple!

30 Handstand push-up (sub piked)

Run 800 meters

*Think fast and scale to make it challenging but you can keep moving. Sprint the finish!

Out of the cave will be here on Wednesday 03/29 from 7 - 8:30pm, let them take care of thinking about what to eat for dinner with delicious Paleo meals. 

*This Saturday 04/01 9am class will be our quarterly 5k run, be on time, bring your running shoes and a friend. 

*Saturday 10am - 11am test your Snatch and Clean & Jerk, this will not be a coached class. Warmup, mobilize and let's see what you can do!
