50 Steps walking lunge

50 Back extension

50 Wall ball (20#/14#)

50 Burpee

50 Double under

Nick adapting to weighted pull-ups in a workout, you can almost see his train of thought through the process. 1 - squeeze the ball tight, 2 - swing big, 3 - big pull, 4 - Why is this ball so heavy??

A - Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes

4 Overhead squat (escalating load)

B - As many rounds as possible in 9 minutes

9 Box Jump over (24"/20") 

9 Slam ball (40#/30#)

*must stand up on box jump unless you jump over the box completely
