Pre-workout mobility with a partner

What pre workout routine do you have? If there are specific issues you are dealing with use the mobility drills and stretches you learn in warmups as a pre-workout routine. Consistently working on your joint mobility and stretching muscles will be a major advantage in gaining new skills and becoming fitter. Take 5-10 minutes before and after a workout to work on the things you need to improve on and you will see the benefit with consistent effective drills.

Battle of the Badges competition will be held at our facility on Saturday June 2nd, one of the potential competitors gave our workout for today a test. He was up for the challenge and gave it a full effort. Took a little bit longer than he anticipated so be sure to scale appropriately...

I had the pleasure of attending the 10th anniversary party for CrossFit Milpitas this weekend. This is where I got my start with CrossFit (with Austin), where I started my journey to coaching and eventually opening Jigsaw. It was great to catch up with friends and celebrate with their community. From the 800 square foot racket ball court, to moving out into a larger space, changing names and the daily grind of a growing community its been quite the journey for them, the thing that is constant are the lasting relationships you build. Congrats and cheers to many more anniversaries to come!
