Stephen just got his 1st bar muscle up a few weeks ago! We spend time in warmups reviewing and practicing movements so we can understand how to perform them better. Practice time is important so we can lay down good motor patterns and achieve higher level skills. Focus on the warmup to dial in your skill and it will pay off.
