Testing, testing...

Congrats to everyone who hit some big PR’s in April, we are quickly turning the corner into summer and we have some fun events planned for our members. Before we get there we are hosting our 3rd annual Badges and Barbells competition on Saturday June 8th. We can still use more volunteers and if you are around this Sunday at 10am I can use some help testing out workouts. Come try them out and see what we have planned.
