Passed my L-3!

On Tuesday I went to take my Certified CrossFit Trainer (Level 3) exam and passed! The studying I did to get ready was partially videos and articles but the majority of it was real life application. Learning to manage groups, teach movement, dealing with different health issues and learning how to create and foster a motivating environment. I couldn't have done this with our community and coaches to learn from and test the methods/techniques that I picked up. Passing a test was an accomplishment but my bigger vision is to provide our coaches and members with the best atmosphere and experience for a long and healthy life. So I would like to thank you for all being a part of the journey and the learning never stops!
