The Open has passed, now what...
The Open has passed and we were exposed to many different stimulus and skills. Take the time to think about the things that were challenging and let's start chipping away at developing the strength, stamina, flexibility, agility. balance, speed. power, coordination, power or endurance to be better at it next year. A few extra minutes working on a skill consistently will pay off, practice time is important and why we drill movements in warmups. Quality not quantity is the key to making long term progress!
