If you have been using the SugarWod app to keep track of your workouts there was an update this week and there are some cool new features. IT may take a bit to get used to some of the new features so play around with it and if you have questions ask me. If you haven't downloaded the app yet or are new to the gym, this is gore fro you to use and a great way to keep track of your workouts.
