What do your arms do?

What do your arms feel like when you are running? How tight of a fist are you making? We have some running in today's workout, during warmup and movement prep, pay attention to what your hands and arms are doing. Hands should be relaxed and not clenched, arms should be moving fluidly without crossing your body and hinging at the shoulder. If you feel your legs dragging and slowing down on the run try to focus on your arm movement and your legs should follow. Have fun with this one and really push yourself.
