135/95 lb. deadlifts, 10 reps

Its always rough to hear that some of our long term members are moving on to bigger and better futures out of the area. This will be Ariela’s last week at Jigsaw as she is moving out of the area and closer to work. You could always catch her at 5:30am, 9am and Saturday Cardio classes ready to go. Thank you for being a part of Jigsaw and we will look forward to when you drop in and visit, good luck with the move and congrats on the shorter commute!
